News

Fish & Chip Thursday - Don't forget that it's fish & chips for lunch on Thursday instead of Friday this week. It's School Census day and we would like as many children as possible to have a school meal.

Reception Parents - Have you booked your Family Learning Conference appointment with your child's teacher yet? Click here to book. If you have any difficulty booking a slot Juliet in the office will be happy to help. She's in on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Bikeability - If your Yr 5/6 child is registered for Bikeability (or is on the reserve list), please note that the obligatory bike check, when they must have their bike and helmet in school, has been moved to the morning of Wednesday 6th June to avoid a clash with Sports Day. Without the check they will not be able to take up their place on the course. We will remind you again nearer the time.

Sun protection - Spring may have sprung at last!  Please make sure your child has a clearly named sun hat to wear in the playground on hot days and apply a long lasting sun cream before they come to school if they burn easily. The baseball caps in our house colours are very popular with the children and are only £3.50 from the school office.

Umbrellas - Two grown-ups' umbrellas, both black, one polka dots, were left in school in the wet weather a couple of weeks ago. They're on top of the lost property cupboard.
