Place2Be is launching a ground-breaking Level 4 Diploma in School-Based Child Counselling to help you qualify as a child and young person’s counsellor in just 12 months. Level 4 graduates will be equipped to work therapeutically with children and young people, and to deliver Place2Be’s signature whole-school approach to mental health.
The full-time course starts in August this year and includes placements in Place2Be Partner Schools. Applications are now open and we invite you to be one of the first to apply for a place on this pioneering programme.
Financial bursary packages of up to £23,000 available
To make our Level 4 Diploma as accessible as possible, full financial support packages are available for up to 10 eligible students. To apply for a financial support package, applicants must:
have an annual household income of less than £35,000
meet the course entry requirements
This financial support will cover the full course fees, as well as provide financial support of up to £23,000 throughout the 12-month course.
While the financial support packages are open to anyone that meets the requirements, self-funded places on the course are only open to people who have graduated from Place2Be’s Level 2 or Level 3 courses.
