Once the children return to school on 8th March,
Breakfast Club will operate as normal.

From 8th March, we will, again be offering
a pared-down programme of enrichment activites for the rest of Term 4, all out of doors, come rain or shine.
Some of our providers are offering their clubs on line, via Zoom, so that children can take part at home.

Book and pay for places on School Gateway (unless paying with Childcare Vouchers or Tax Credits, in which case book through the school office).
Please complete and sign a registration form and agreement (download below) before your child attends Breakfast Club or Gator Club for the first time.

Your Reference

All the payments go into a central pot at Bristol City Council and the finance department have to allocate them to the right schools. It would be a HUGE help if you could use the following as the Reference to make sure money doesn’t go astray:

Hillcrest child’s namefollowed by B or A for Breakfast or After School Club.

eg. HillcrestAbbieSmithB

If there isn’t enough space for the full name just the surname will do.

(This applies to all the schemes except HMRC, which gives you a Reference Number.)
