We have been exploring different ways to help keep healthy. As part of this we are thinking about our moods and feelings. We all have times when we feel grumpy or sad and this is normal, what is important is talking about it and exploring different ways to make you feel better.

We have been thinking about keeping ourselves healthy. Today we are exploring what we can do to help keep the Earth healthy, in particular by recycling our rubbish.
