Resources to Support Mental Health

Here are two resource sheets with information from the South Bristol School Nurse team about how to help a child to deal with anxiety/worries about the current Covid-19 pandemic.

There is a sheet for parents of primary school age children and, as some Hillcrest families have older children, we've included the sheet for secondary school aged children.

Both sheets also contain information for parents caring for children with additional needs and for adults struggling with their own mental health.

Many of the School Nurses have been redeployed but a School Nurse Advice Line has been set up that covers the whole of the city.

The number is 0300 124 5816.
