Wordfest 2019

18th June 2019

Friday 5th July

Children are encouraged to learn a poem or a speech of their choosing off by heart and then perform it on our special lunchtime stage at Wordfest.

The children are also encouraged to write their own speech about something they are passionate about and perform it on our special breaktime stage.

If children are interested in performing on either stage they need to let Mr McIntyre know by Friday, June 28th.

Any parents who would like to recite a poem or a speech or indeed perform their own speech in support of something, please let Mr McIntyre know by Friday, 28th June.

There will be a parents' stage after school and families will be encouraged to stay after school, bring a picnic and enjoy some recitals.

Children can wear their favourite word for the day somewhere on their person
