Yr 3 Daily Tasks Week beginning 4 May
It was great to see so many of you at our Zoom meeting yesterday - it's always lovely to see you face to face for a chat and a catch-up.
Today's tasks include some reading from The Imaginary, writing your diary entry and some more measurement learning in Maths. We've also added an Art and a Music activity for you to enjoy.
Keep posting all your lovely work and messages - we really do love seeing them.
Have a lovely day everyone, and enjoy the long weekend
We're really looking forward to seeing this afternoon in our Zoom meeting - remember to have a pen or pencil and some paper ready for our game. Check you've read all the necessary information before you join the meeting too, especially that you join with your own name (not the name of your device or your grown-ups).
Today's tasks include some reading from The Imaginary, some sentence work on first and third person sentences, and a 'PE with Mr B' activity too. There's also a Maths video to help you with converting cm to mm.
Have a lovely day everyone - see you all later.
Today's tasks include some more reading from The Imaginary, some learning about centimetres and metres and a food history activity about life on board a Tudor ship.
Your writing task today is about using adverbials - take a look at the video to help you with today's learning.
We've also posted an invitation to this week's Zoom meeting, where we're going to play a game together. You'll need some paper and a pen for the meeting to play it. We're really looking forward to seeing you all then.
Have a great day everyone.
Hope you all had a lovely weekend and are raring to go for another week of home learning. We're really impressed with everything you're posting and we're so proud of all of you for all your hard work and positivity.
This week, we're starting some new learning. As Mathematicians, you'll be exploring measurement and as Authors, you'll be writing diary entries. Also today, we've got a reading activity from The Imaginary and some learning about life on board a Tudor sailing ship.
Have a look at the tasks, keep posting all the lovely things you're doing and have a lovely day.
