As many of you know, our very own Tanya Miles is a founder member of Bristol Steppin Sistas, a brilliant walking initiative for women of colour, started in lock down.

Since then, the organisation has really taken off, introducing literally hundreds of people to walking in the countryside, and forming links with other walking groups around the country. They now work with the NHS, Avon & Somerset Constabulary and Bristol City Council, amongst other organisations.

They have had lots of coverage in the press and on TV and lead walks for all abilities, many of which are open to all, around the Bristol area as well as much further afield - here's Tanya leading a walk at Durdle Door in Dorset!

Here's a fun event they have coming up in June that's ideal for families!
