My name is Sarah and I am the Programme Manager for the Avon & Somerset Volunteer Police Cadets (VPC). 

The VPC are young people aged 13-17 who come together to learn about careers in policing, support their community, and develop valuable life skills like communication and problem-solving, all within a fun and safe environment.

Our cadets are supported by adult Volunteer Cadet Leaders, and we are recruiting new leaders for our Bristol Unit (based on Feeder Road, Bristol).  Our leaders don't need to have policing experience or knowledge; we will provide all the necessary training and resources.
