Batch Cook Club courses and community meals at St Anne's House
Feast & Flourish talk: Balancing blood sugars - Thursday 5th February, 7-8.30pm FREE
Seema Vekaria, registered nutritional therapist, will be sharing information about balancing blood sugars, super ingredients and discussing how timing of meals matters. Followed by a pay-as-you-can community meal.

Learn to Batch Cook - 4 week course - starting 2nd March, 10am-1.30pm
New Learn to Batch Cook 4 week course starting on Monday 2nd March at St Anne's House, Brislington. Participants cook and take home 6-8 portions of food, as well as a group meal at the end of the class.
Open to anyone who...
- would like to learn cooking skills
- would like healthy eating / nutrition guidance
- may not have the budget, space or equipment to cook from scratch at home
- would enjoy attending a social, inclusive group activity.
- there is an opportunity to do level 2 food hygiene certificate (industry recognised qualification)
There is a £5 sign up fee for the course which can be waived for those with low income.

Little Feast Community Meals - Mondays in March, 12.30-1.20pm, St Anne's House, Brislington
Additionally, we will be running community meals after each class, open to everyone. Pay as you can with no expectation to pay at all. No need to book, just show up.
