We are delighted to confirm that, according to our brand new Ofsted report, Hillcrest continues to be a 'Good' school.

 

The report is a fantastic reflection on how our staff and governors support the children in our school as well as each other. We couldn't be more proud of them and the children. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work and support.

 

There were 216 responses to the Ofsted Parent Survey - the highest response the HMI inspector had seen in her three years in the role. 150 parents even took the time to comment. We were bowled over by your support, not only for those two days, but every day - thank you.

 

We will build on the many strengths mentioned in the report and take heed of those areas that need to be developed as we continue the journey of improving Hillcrest Primary and ensuring it remains a school the whole community can be proud of.
