We’re proud to announce that we’ve achieved two more steps on our path to the Rainbow Flag Award - ‘Effective Policies’ and ‘Supportive Governors & Parents’.

Here’s a quote from the Evidence Review:

This is a clear pass - well done! I’m really impressed with the work your school is doing. Governors and parents are both kept informed of the inclusive work you are doing in several ways, with governors actively encouraging the school to ensure the work goes further than just the award. The website is a great way to keep parents up to date and give them access to support and information as well. 

These two sections join the Skilled Teacher Award we achieved in the autumn. We're now working towards the three remaining sections and are very much hoping to achieve the full Rainbow Flag Award before the end of this school year.
